Warranty Terms

New Production Tubes:

All new tubes we sell have a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase and are guaranteed to perform to manufacturers specifications during this time period. If you receive a tube that does not perform properly please call or email us to get a return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We cannot provide compensation for the cost of shipping the items back to us, if your tube(s) are indeed defective we will pay the shipping costs to send you replacements. If we find that your tube(s) are not defective you will also be responsible for the cost to have the tube(s) returned to you. If we have concluded that the tubes are defective of no fault of your own then we will provide replacements for you, if we do not have replacements available a refund will be issued. Please allow a few days for us to test the tubes after we have received them.

All new transformers we sell have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase and are guaranteed to perform to manufacturers specifications during this time period. If you receive a transformer that does not perform properly please call or email us to get a return authorization number. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We cannot provide compensation for the cost of shipping the items back to us, if your transformer(s) are indeed defective we will pay the shipping costs to send you replacements. If we find that your transformer(s) are not defective you will also be responsible for the cost to have the transformer(s) returned to you. If we have concluded that the transformer(s) are defective of no fault of your own then we will provide replacements for you, if we do not have replacements available a refund will be issued. Please allow a few days for us to test the transformer(s) after we have received them.

Warranty Claim Instructions

First contact us for an RA number. Please have all necessary information ready when you contact us such as order number, order date, and any information you have on the problem. After you have obtained your RA number please carefully pack the items back into the original box or equivalent packaging and send them back to us via a method of your choice (It is highly recommended that you choose a method with tracking, if we do not receive the items we cannot help you). If you are sending back tubes make sure you include the original boxes they came in. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the box in a clearly visible location. Do not send anything back to us without the RA number clearly marked on the package or we will not accept the shipment. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to us as well as returning them to you if we do not honor the claim.
