It can be considered an upgrade and/or general purpose power transformer for all of the above mentioned amp models as well as a very versatile and mutipurpose power transformer that can be used with numerous tube types in the 5W to 15W power range (see Specification for details). It features the mutinational voltages 100/120/220/230/240V. It also features both lower and higher plate winding voltages of 275V-0-275V & 315V-0-315V. It is voltage compensated for Tweed series amps as well as later models. It also is supplied with a heavier current capacity (100mA vs. 70mA) which provides for cooler operation and better regulation. It has aesthetically pleasing zinc plated end bell covers.
